I took a recipe that I’ve done several times and changed one thing. I replaced the chicken with tilapia. I eat a lot of tilapia so it was time to change it up a bit. I think it worked out great. Well worth cooking and especially eating.

Spicy Low Cal Burrito

What do you do with a chicken breast, El Pato Salsa, and low carb tortillas? I also added a little pepper jack and jalapeños for more heat. These are about 190 or so calories. My theory is that spice burns calories? Right? Probably not but it tastes good!

Fish Burritos

Good stuff! Use low calorie tilapia on LaTortilla Factory Smart Carb tortillas and you have a great meal. Add peppers at next to no calories and you have 200 calorie fire crackers. I added jalepenos, sweet peppers, and pepper sauce to heat it up.
